We do our absolute best to ensure that our packages are properly prepared for shipping, to avoid damage to our products. Over the years, we've had excellent service through USPS. On occasion, some damage has occurred, and we have replaced the item at no additional charge to our customer. Our products are carefully handcrafted so unless damage has occurred in shipping, or faulty craftsmanship, we cannot accept returns.
